3) The experimental
prints must bear on the back the letter <<E>>. The
number of prints is limited to 4 per author and section.
4) The maximum
recommended size is 12"x16" (30x40 cm). Prints may be mounted on
light support. Any subject may be treated.
5) All prints must be
entirely the work of the participant. Every print must state on the back -
in legible types - the name, the address of the author, the title of the
work and the serial number in accordance with the entry-form.
6) Fee:
US$ 10.00 or 12 IRC per author and section - prints without fee will be
neither judged nor returned.

Additional return postage of US$ 7.00 for parcels weighing more than 1 kg.

In case of payment by cheque, an additionnal fee of US$ 10.00 per cheque
is required
9) Please complete
correctly in block letters your name and address in the entry-form.
10) Prints should be sent
by <<Mail only>> as <<Printed Matter>> with the
mention: <<Photographic works for exhibition only, will be returned
to sender - no commercial value>>.
11) The organizer will
take care of all prints, but declines all responsibility for loss or
damage in transit or during exhibition.
12) Gold-, silver-,
bronze-medals and mentions will honour the best prints. A richly
illustrated catalogue will be sent to each entrant. Acceptance labels are
joined to the accepted prints.
13) Reproduction of works
is permitted except if expressly prohibited.
14) The decision of the
jury is irrevocable. The participation to the contest implies acceptance
of all mentioned conditions. Any particular case not mentioned will be
settled without recourse by the organizing committee.
